- Please note FREE SHIPPING uses UPS Express Saver for shipments globally, for orders over $200USD
- Free Shipping for orders under $100USD is done by CTT.
- Orders are shipped from Portugal using CTT (mail) and transferred to USPS in the USA, Royal Mail in the UK, Canada Post in Canada. This will be similar in any country the order is placed from.
- CTT mail is tracked via www.ctt.pt
- Our warehouse is located in Portugal, and the VAT is included in the price of goods shipped within the EU.
- Please note some products are pre-orders.
- USPS is having well documented, critical delays in the USA.
- There is a 14 day return policy for orders shipped to the USA.
- Tags MUST be attached to all clothing for returns to be accepted.
- Socks and other intimates cannot be returned.
- Sneakers have a 14 day return policy, BUT can only be returned for store credit.
- There is a 14 day return policy for orders shipped within the EU.
